Main results 2018: trafficking and asylum

During the first semester of 2018, SICAR cat professionals have assisted a total of 29 trafficking victims who are at the same time international protection applicants: 24 women and 5 minors, including 3 family units. Trafficking victim family units are single-parent families composed of women and their dependent minor children who are in Spanish territory.

Annual Report for 2017

memoria2017Check out the annual report for 2017. During this year SICAR cat has attended a total of 212 victims of human trafficking, 23 of which are minors.

Solidarity concert #TrencantFronteres

img-20180109-wa0001-002Come next 27th January to Solidarity concert of Esteban Faro in Barcelona. This concert is the culmination of the #trencantfronteres awareness campaign which started in October in conjunction with SICAR cat and the Fundació Migra Studium.

The two entities are looking to focus attention on the barriers, incomprehension, lack of awareness and rumours which deprive people of a specific place to live and coexist, regardless of their origins or their social condition.
